ParcelShopper does not purchase the following items:

  • Gift cards and certificates.
  • Discount cards, discount coupons.
  • All Apple products.
  • Tobacco and alcoholic products.
  • Jewelry.
  • Perfume products.
  • Parts of automobiles, motorcycles, and bicycles exceeding standard dimensions.
  • Various fragile items that may break during transportation, such as glassware, porcelain, ceramics, crystal, delicate plastics. Examples of such items include dishes, vases, optical and optical devices, sanitary ware, lamps, and lampshades. Electronics, electrical appliances, musical instruments, and automobile parts (headlights, side mirrors, bulbs) are subject to the same restrictions during transportation.
  • Dietary supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition can be delivered only if the description and composition of the product are available, and if there are no restricted substances in its composition.

According to the customs codes of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Russian Federation, individuals can import goods and parcels from abroad only for personal use. These parcels are considered personal use if the quantity of identical items (article, size, model) does not exceed the individual's personal needs. The customs authority determines the classification of personal items based on their characteristics, quantity, and frequency of dispatch for personal use.

The following criteria may indicate the commercial batch of goods:

  • The product is not intended for daily use.
  • The quantity of identical items, sizes, styles, colors, and markings exceeds the needs of one person and their family members.
  • Even if the items are of the same type and are dispatched regularly, they are still shipped in equal quantities.
  • The frequency of dispatch and inspection of goods of the same type is carried out within 6 months using a single passport information (by one individual). Similar purposes can be considered as commercial shipments for goods of the same type.
  • The movement of goods of the same type can be considered as commercial shipments.

    • For example, 5 packages containing 5 units each (products valued at more than 200 euros, such as 5 phones).
    • Goods not specified by name (equipment for the production of any item for commercial activity based on its purpose and intended use, for example, equipment for milling, metalworking).

    According to the customs regulations of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Russian Federation, the following goods are restricted for export:

    • Dangerous goods and cargo - explosives and explosive devices according to the rules of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) for special storage and transportation conditions.
    • Printed and audiovisual materials that contain calls for extremist and terrorist activities or propagate terrorism; naturally pornographic; created or distributed in violation of the laws on elections and referendums of member countries of the European economic community; imitating attributes or symbols of Nazis or fascists to a significant extent; containing information that may harm the political, economic interests, state security, health, and morality of citizens of the Russian Federation.
    • Cultural valued items.
    • Radio-controlled models and devices, including drones and quadcopters, as well as radio equipment operating in frequencies and power not allowed/certified in the receiving countries, radio scanners and receivers without a license.
    • High-power magnets - shipment is valid only for delivery from the United States and courier delivery from Europe.
    • Cryptographic modules and wireless communication devices.
    • Components for industry classified as tools, machines, devices, and similar products for industrial purposes, not intended for personal/personal use. For example, 3D printers, laser cutting machines.
    • Any weapons and its parts, including firearms, signal, pneumatic, gas, as well as optical devices, and electric shock devices.
    • Dual-use items.
    • Precious papers and payment cards with cash and their equivalents (banknotes and coins, unused postage stamps, issued travel, personal or corporate checks).
    • Payment cards.
    • Documents certifying the identity of a person: passports, military ID cards.
    • Hazardous cargo.
    • Live animals.
    • Any form of opium or opium containing medication.
    • Parts of marine animals, including in the form of a finished product.
    • Skins of exotic animals.
    • Items with separate value: art pieces, antique items, precious stones (emeralds, rubies, sapphires, alexandrites, natural and reconstituted forms of natural pearls, rare ambers, gold, imported natural gold, and products made from them).
    • Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, and metals in the platinum group - palladium, iridium, rhodium, ruthenium, and osmium) and products containing them.
    • Jewelry and watches (excluding decorative jewelry items and inexpensive watches not exceeding the equivalent of 500 US dollars in local currency).
    • Products for trade that confirm trade with state awards of the Russian Federation and other states confirming state awards.
    • Plants and plant products of any form and condition.
    • Synthetic nylon or other polyamide monofilaments with a diameter of less than 0.5 mm and a finished mesh size of less than 100 mm, machine-made or hand-made fishing nets for catching fish (excluding constructions with a smaller mesh size); more than 50 mm.

    • Tobacco and tobacco products, tobacco heating systems, and similar devices.
    • Narcotic drugs, psychotropic, strong-acting substances, and precursors.

    • Counterfeit goods.
    • Strong and poisonous substances.
    • Hazardous waste.
    • Games managed by tokens, banknotes, bank cards, tokens, or similar payment instruments.
    • Medical instruments and equipment (syringes, needles, catheters, cannulas, and similar devices, tools for measuring blood pressure, temperature, etc., batteries, liquids, scanners, except for medical instruments necessary for medical purposes).
    • Other goods not specified in the lists of normative documents and international agreements in force in foreign countries.
