Do you offer a mail forwarding service?
No. We solely make purchases from online stores based in the UK. Our brand Parcelshopper does not reveal information about its warehouses.
Are there any restrictions to the order price?
The minimum price of a single order is 50 British Pounds. In the event of a package exceeding 5kg, we will inform you of any additional terms and conditions. There is no maximum price limit.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery will take at least 15 working days from the time your items arrive and are processed at our UK facilities.
What should I do if the store I would like to purchase from is missing from the website?
Please leave a request on our site with a link to the store you’re interested in. Our team will verify if the store is able to deliver to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
In which currency should the price of goods be indicated in the purchase order?
In British pounds. Remember that the final value of the order will be the amount in the currency of your country (delivery address), which includes all costs. it is associated with the cost of buying goods from the store and delivering them to your door.
How do I pay for my order?
Once the total sum of your order is calculated, we will inform you of the order price and let you know how you can make the payment. You can find additional information on payment options under ‘My Account’.
Will I receive tracking details for my order?
You will receive an order number that will allow you to view the progress of your shipment under ‘My Account’. Once your package has been sent by our UK facility, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order abroad through ‘Russian Post’ or other mail services.
How quickly do you purchase the requested products?
Once your payment has come through, we will purchase your products within 24 hours. If the requested product is out of stock, or the item’s sale promotion has expired, we will inform you and offer alternatives. Any payments will be refunded within 3 working days.
What condition will I receive my requested products in?
We guarantee that you will receive your purchase(s) in their original condition. To minimise shipping costs, we remove the original packing box the products come in and repackage them in a sealed bag with appropriate wrapping. If you require a shipping container, we ask you to specify this additionally before your order total is calculated.
What products can I purchase through Parcelshopper?
Any product is viable to be requested in your order, in the exception they are illegal or fall under our list of prohibited items. If your requested item is deemed as prohibited or illegal by our team, we will inform you and help you find a solution.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is available at any moment before your order has left the UK. Once we have received the money back for your item(s) from your selected store, you will be refunded within 3 working days. Bear in mind, there is a 10% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return an item from my order if I changed my mind?
We buy goods for you as an agent, and you can return the goods back to the store after receiving them in your hands only through us according to the rules of the store, within the time limits set by them. The deadlines are determined from the moment the goods are received at our warehouse in the UK. The cost of our return service to the store is reported upon your request.
I have paid for my order. What happens next?
Under ‘My Account’ you will be able to see and track the progress of your order. Your package will undergo the following route: 1. Your payment is processed and received on our end; 2. Your requested products are purchased by our team; 3. The products are shipped to one of our warehouses; 4. Your order is on its way to you; 5. The order is delivered.
